How to use Unite 7 Seconds Detangler Leave-In Conditioner
A quick read on formula weight, where to apply it, and which hair types should use a lighter hand.
A specialist spray for hair that stays knotted after conditioner.
Tangled zones, then comb from ends upward
You need slip fast and regular leave-ins are not cutting through knots.
Hair detangles easily or you only need everyday moisture.
Think of it as a secret weapon, not necessarily your daily all-rounder.

What Barb said
“If you have hair that no matter what you finish with in the shower your hair is still very tangled, this is for you. It’s a cult classic and always a secret weapon in my kit! When you need it — you need it! 9/10 rating. Great for all hair types but would maybe use less on finer hair or hold the sprayer further from the hair or spray into hands first.”
Who it’s for
Anyone with seriously tangle-prone hair. All hair types, but apply with a light hand on fine or medium hair — spray from further away or into hands first. For thick, coarse, or very tangled hair, apply directly.
Who it isn’t for
Someone looking for an all-around daily leave-in. This is a specialist. If your hair detangles easily, a more balanced leave-in will serve you better.
Formulation notes
Not a clean formula. Paraben-free and vegan. Explicitly color-safe and formulated with UV and heat protection for chemically treated hair.
Pros and cons
Pros: Category-leading detangling slip · Pro kit staple for decades · Works across all hair types · Accessible price for a salon brand
Cons: Not clean (silicone-rich) · Specialist product — not a daily multi-purpose driver · Fine hair needs careful application
